Entry to The Palms requires Solivita resident badge or vistor pass. Amenities include a heated pool with umbrellas and reclining chairs, hot tub, gym, a large meeting room, and a computer room. Fax and copies are available for nominal fees. The lobby is beautifully decorated with upholstered seating, a few card tables with chairs, and a piano.
