Entry to The Palms requires Solivita resident badge or vistor pass. There are many amenities, including computers, a pool with umbrellas and reclining chairs, hot tub, gym, and a meeting room. Fax and copies are available for nominal fees. The lobby is beautifully decorated with upholstered seating, a few card tables with chairs, and a piano.
