I would give 0 if I could. They confirmed my stay, answered all of my questions promptly every single day since. I booked flights for friends, prepaid activities, I'm leaving tomorrow to arrive the next day and they just canceled my stay because they’re short staffed on housekeepers. No calls, just an email with my refund confirmation from them. Not trying to help me find another place nothing. It’s a good thing I checked my emails.
