I would give 0 if I could. They confirmed my stay, answered all of my questions promptly every single day since. I booked flights for friends, prepaid activities, I'm leaving tomorrow to arrive the next day and they just canceled my stay because they’re short staffed on housekeepers. No calls, just an email with my refund confirmation from them. Not trying to help me find another place nothing. It’s a good thing I checked my emails. Wish I could give 0 stars but not allowed. Vacasa doesn’t pay any attention to neighborhood rules, so anyone that has to stay next to one of their houses is SOL. They don’t tell visitors the parking or noise rules, so you have to just deal with it as a resident. Oh, and good luck calling to tell them because I’ve called 7 times and only received a voicemail message with no return calls as well as 6 emails with NO responses. They suck.
Our family of 7 had a wonderful week skiing the Cottonwood Canyons’ resorts from our home base at beautiful Brighton Bonanza, rented through Vacasa. They were great to deal with… easy booking, no hassle check-in and no long list of to-dos before check-out.
