Chip recently helped us with bats in the attic and he is amazing! Honest, down to earth, and practical - he took care of the problem efficiently and very clean. He will not try to upsell like some of the other companies, and he is reasonable and has integrity. Highly recommend!!
Update - August 2025: We were due service in June and we still haven’t had anyone come out (two months later). My husband has tried calling the technician. I tried contacting the company through their website. We haven’t heard one word. We were getting service from this company about every 3 months for about 5 years and then they suddenly stopped showing up (without any kind of warning). I don’t want to leave a bad review, but this is not a good way to do business. We will have to find a new pest control company since this o... read more
if they're as careless in your home as they are while driving...I would not hire these people
Excellent pest control. Chip and Prince are very knowledgeable. They handle any pests I encounter and answer every question I have about pest behavior. I text Chip often when encountering new bugs (I'm a Northern state transplant so they're all new) and he has been more patient with me than I could have ever asked for. He routinely tells me when I don't need more service rather than trying to sell me things I don't need. Highly recommend!
Chip was phenomenal. Took the time to explain what was happening. Rate was extremely reasonable (I think too low for the value he was providing). Absolutely will be calling on Solitude again.
