After living in our home for a decade we decided we wanted to install a sauna on the 2nd story balcony. We didn’t it have the original plans so I reached out to Cody Weight ( President) and he was extremely helpful in finding old plans. He went to great lengths to located plans from 2014!!!
I have been a Solitude Home owner for almost 7 years. I was not the original owner, however, I was the first occupant. That means no homeowner warranties! Being the first occupant means all the bugs snd little issues are yours to resolve with no help from subcontractors. Solitude Homes is a great home builder, so the bugs and fixes were minimal. We've had a great experience working with Solitude homes, 10/10 recommend!
So I have a friend named Jewel who keeps calling, asking if I wanted to sell my house, and I left a nasty Yelp, but today I learned that the judge in Lassen County, was removed from his bench, due to 21 counts of misconduct. He is allowing my ex-wife to do online impersonation and stifling the investigation and prosecution of those who have been harassing me to no end, costing me 2 homes. Well, I hope Jewel has a few nice Oahu properties, for me to enjoy. Sometimes you have to wait on God to work out the details.
Agreed to build a home for us on property we had bought in Garden Valley. Agreed to initial assessment of cost then a few months after we gave them a $5,000 deposit they told me the cost would be $200,000 more than we had originally planned. Could not afford to stay with the project and ultimately had to sell our property and give up on the dream. I would not recommend hiring Solitude or Cody to build your home. They would not refund any of our deposit.
