Would highly recommend. I delt with Casey, he was extremely professional and transparent about the whole process. Worked with me to secure the vehicle I wanted the trade in price I wanted and a purchase price I was happy with. Made the process stress free and enjoyable.
Friendly customer service and very helpful staff
I recently purchased a used vehicle from solitaire volkswagen, and I must say the experience was great. This was my second purchase from the solitaire group. Dylan from the sales team was very accommodating, organising small defects to be repaired before purchase and he negotiated fairly to agree a price that worked for both of us, including a warranty package. I recommend giving them a visit if you're considering purchasing a car soon.
I am a long time Volkswagen Golf fan. I have owned a Golf TSI, Golf GTI x2 and Golf R x2. Unfortunately the last Golf R had multiple ongoing issues but the guys at Solitaire Medindie and Volkswagen Australia have gone above and beyond to get everything sorted. Purchased a triton off Dylan from Medindie Solitaire (08/2025) and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. He was extremely accommodating and communicative with the whole process and threw in many extras for free, as well as a discount!
