Poor customer service from start to finish. Once the sale is done, they couldn’t care less. I purchased a vehicle for my business and clearly provided all relevant business details. Despite this, the dealership registered the car under an employee’s personal name (which they just copied from the test drive information) instead of registering the vehicle to the business, a basic and costly mistake. Passing the buck seems to be the order of the day. Arrogant pompous show ponies. Professionals at making excuses for their mistake. Sick and tired of the meaningless to and fro emails. I'll bet the Ombudsman will give them the attitude adjustment they need.
