Last week I had a mechanical issue with one of our vehicles purchased from Solitaire. I contacted the RAA who were not very helpful as they lacked the knowledge how to manage this car. As a result I rang the Service Department at Solitaire Motors. They arranged a specialised tow truck for this vehicle with an experienced driver who knew how to handle the car. I have been using Solitaire to service my Range Rover since purchasing the car new. My last experience has been nothing short of appalling. At the last service I mentioned there was a clunk and small oil leak coming from under the car at times. A few months later the clunk sounded like the engine was going to fall out.
