NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Clayton homes builds the houses and there's innumerable issues since. Horrible experience from beginning to end and constant ongoing issues due to both the home not being finished right and the subcontractors who set up the water, etc. If I could give zero stars I would.
Bought one of their doublewides off the lot. I was ALWAYS leery about moving into a trailer. I LOVE my Solitare Home, though. The staff at Solitare are EXTREMELY friendly and cooperative, too.
