I’ve been going to Nancy for over a decade now. My only issue with her is that she is always busy! Gotta act fast to get an appointment
I had used them for years prior to and with that becomes a level of trust built. However, I thought this whole time my experience with Nancy was okay, until it resulted in being audited by the IRS. I must express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided and strongly discourage anyone from seeking their assistance. Nancy Solita (owner) was recommend through a family friend who has been going to her for years. My expectations of Nancy’s professionalism and ability to file my taxes on my behalf were shattered in early February 2020. I made sure to take all of my necessary documents to my appointment, including a tax form from my medical provider.
