Horrible experience. I called them four times, was transferred three times, and every single call ended with them hanging up on me. Each time, they said they needed to place me on a brief hold once they couldn’t help further —and then the call was disconnected immediately after.
Place is terrific! they are warm and welcoming and personable, and really cater to women. I love that the robe is heated up, that the technician, in my case Nikki, was just a delight. She made me feel comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable situation. The receptionist Kaylee was a sweetie, too.
I have been going to Solis Mammography for a few years now. The staff is always kind and personal. They schedule appointments far enough apart that you feel like you are being cared for exclusively. The facility is warm and inviting. They offer a warm robe and the mammogram techs are welcoming and friendly as they do the imaging. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
I highly recommend Solis Mammography. Everyone from the check-in process to the actual exam are kind, caring, and compassionate. They really put you at ease
