My experience in the office is always wonderful. I've been doing business with Solis or their previous business for a couple of decades. However, the woman at the Solis customer service number had a real attitude and was very snippy with me when I tried to find out how to get my refund as I was overcharged when I came in for the procedure. I give the actual service a 5 and the billing office customer service a 1. The folks at the hospital billing office were great to work with too.
