Horrible communication and I have decided after reading all of these reviews to explore other complexes.
The best way to describe this complex and its TERRIBLE management is the following situation. Lantower Waverly had a series of car break ins. The management decided to have a meeting with the residents saying we will not get cameras and we don't need them. Then less than 2 months later an incident happened at the pool leaving them to reach out to the residence for PHOTO OR VIDEO evidence of the night in question because it cost them money to clean the pool.
