Very professional! Very nice place to live
This is the second time I've come home exhausted from a trip to find that my batteries had died. At 6:03 PM! The leasing office Rep helped me and put in an immediate request. Within 5 minutes (literally) I was in my apartment. More important: I learned to pack a 9V battery in my backpack and car to be able to get in. Great tip -- pass it on! Thanks.
2 stars for the surrounding area, but that’s about it. When I did my walk through with the leasing agent before moving in, we saw that the toilet tank, bathroom sink overflow drain, and washing machine drawer were full of mold. We were assured that it would be taken care of before I moved in. It was not. I clean it and it keeps coming back. I’ve had continuous noise issues with the upstairs neighbors for the last few months.
