I really love this apartment complex. The staff are always friendly, they host cute events that I actually enjoy attending, and the location/price is so great! The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I feel like I can relax and take a nap in the middle of the day despite having neighbors on all four sides; I don't hear any of them. Issues are resolved quickly, I'm very happy I chose to live here.

One of the best locations in Southpark but very poorly managed. -- It's difficult to reach someone on the phone, office has a PT concierge for such a large property -- Property Manager is a ghost, you'll hardly ever see her walking the property for its upkeep. She could care less if you address her with an issue, it seems she just comes here for her 9-5. -- Garbage often not picked up on-time, it's difficult to go thru the hallway sometimes, really pungent smell -- They're planning to shut down the chute rooms in each floor ... read more

Pros: maintenance was amazing, right next to Whole Foods and the mall Cons: poorly managed building, horrible people in the front (specifically Lynn), weird age demographic (it’s like a retirement home), layout of building is TERRIBLE (it’s split into two separate buildings, I had MULTIPLE stolen/lost packages, they did a community event every other month or every 3 months, they almost never answer the phone, gym is outdated and small, There have been multiple occasions where the hallways would stink of trash coming from the... read more

This place was nice for temp housing but it’s not laid out well! The perks of the dog park and pool were in another building. And let’s not talk about the lady at the front desk! Super rude. I know why there are tons of empty apartments.
