Do not expect them to keep you safe from COVID. There were too many people in too small of a space. When questioned the person in charge answered, without wearing a mask, that they were in compliance despite having less than three feet between patients in waiting areas. Do not go if you are at risk because they are not taking adequate precautions.
I was quoted a fee for service. I do not have insurance and paid cash. I paid in full at my appointment. I was later billed a higher fee because the employee (and her manager that she consulted with) quoted me the wrong fee. I have called to resolve this but Solis does not honor the prices quoted by their employees. It is fraudulent and unethical to quote one fee, tell someone they are paid in full and then to later decide to bill them for more money.
Staff was very pleasant and professional. No need to fear this exam. If you have pain going in, just take some Advil before and you should be fine! �
Was charged $687 for an annual routine mammogram. Even with my insurance adjustment I will still have to pay some $ out of pocket for the mammogram. Because this facility is at a hospital, the hospital is allowed to charge more for this service.
