Worst, don’t come here. Receptionists have no idea on what to do. I have an appointment she fill up all the paperwork.l. After complete the paperwork she informed me that it’s no Tech available to perform my exam, so what I have the appointment in first place. She denied to provide me with my exam procedure because the techs are not available after I have an appointment. She did not provide me with the proper information. Very unpleasant. I felt welcome and comfortable the moment I walked in.
The receptionist was pleasant. However, the technician was cruel. She said something to me but she spoke into my deaf ear. The machine blocked any chance that I could hear her.. I told her I was deaf in one ear (I was born with no nerve connecting to my ear). She just laughed at me. She was very abrupt and impatient with me. Then I told her that I was getting dizzy. Considering the fact that I was attached to that machine by my breast, her impatience with me was especially cruel. It continued to be a terrible, terrible exper... read more
