I felt welcome and comfortable the moment I walked in.
The receptionist was pleasant. However, the technician was cruel. She said something to me but she spoke into my deaf ear. The machine blocked any chance that I could hear her.. I told her I was deaf in one ear (I was born with no nerve connecting to my ear). She just laughed at me. She was very abrupt and impatient with me. Then I told her that I was getting dizzy. Considering the fact that I was attached to that machine by my breast, her impatience with me was especially cruel. It continued to be a terrible, terrible exper... read more
I have used Solis for 10 years. This was my first visit to the RO location. As always, everyone was kind, professional, efficient and outstanding. I highly recommend Solis!
