I've been going to this location for some years but seems this time July 2025, I go in the lady doing to the screening was watching YouTube while doing my exam... I get a letter in the mail saying additional evaluation is needed, so does this mean that she wasn't focused while doing the exam or is there really a problem. I am now trying to schedule for a diagnostic and have been on hold for more than 15 mins since you can't schedule online which is asinine. I find out they have a call center so it makes sense now. Very quick and friendly service.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every Solis location I’ve visited has been excellent, but this one truly stands out as one of the best. In particular, my technologist, Nikoo, was exceptional — both in her professionalism and in her warm, caring demeanor. She made the experience smooth and comforting from start to finish. I should also mention that all of its personals are outstanding.
Patronize at your own risk. SCAMMERS HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. I HAVE ADDED MY INSURANCE CLAIM SHOWING APPROVED AND TOTAL AMOUNT OWED. Billing is unqualified. Someone here is not doing their job. My insurance has paid in full for the service provided and I received a collections notice after calling the billing department to clear up the issue. If billing does not know how to apply Plan discount + total amount paid to an account then I can teach them this elementary math. Calling them now they convenientl... read more
