Patronize at your own risk. SCAMMERS HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. I HAVE ADDED MY INSURANCE CLAIM SHOWING APPROVED AND TOTAL AMOUNT OWED. Billing is unqualified. Someone here is not doing their job. My insurance has paid in full for the service provided and I received a collections notice after calling the billing department to clear up the issue. Had a nice experience at the clinic & with the staff members.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My PCP referred me here because of symptoms and family history. I've already met my out of pocket and the office decides to tell me before check in that they may charge me a random amount based on what the tech decides after my appointment. They've already authorized my benefits and been given the patient responsibility and then proceeded to tell me regardless of what insurance says I owe them whatever they decide. Very careless people. I do not recommend them at all.
There's not another place I will go other than Solis For my mammograms. They are very fast and efficient. I was in and out of my appointment within 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We have two Solis And Frisco, and I went to the wrong one. They immediately contacted the other one in transferred my appointment to Their facility. I will highly recommend this place.
