I’ve been coming here for more than five years and these ladies are great! They always make you feel comfortable answer questions and keep you updated if there are any issues.
I would imagine that most people rate their experience based on their office/facility visit to this location. My review has more to do with the AFTER visit time. I went yesterday for my mammogram and a DEXA scan. The visit was fine - the wait being about 20 minutes. My technician was very friendly and seemed caring. Everything went well. I had been going to Einstein1 for 30 years but moved up to West Norriton so decided to try this Solis location. First 2 years I was unhappy with my technicians. I felt like I was roughed up after and there was no empathy or kindness. I need this as my mother died from breast cancer and this is a very stressful time for me! Yet, I gave it another try on 8/25. Front desk and technicians were very helpful and friendly. I got in and out fast. They were very thorough. The waiting room was clean.
