Courteous staff; I had several Mammograms and Bone Density screenings at Solis; which were pleasant experiences.
Timely friendly ver professional
I have been coming to this facility for decades. The staff are all very kind. Co-pays at Solis were always ambulatory co-pays - the facility is in an office building with Continental Realty! Solis is now billing as a hospital co-pay and this is not disclosed to patients. This is not a hospital - it is an office building. So, the facility and staff are great, but they need to be transparent with their new charges. There is no way to contact Solis anymore. Every call goes to a central telephone number.
Experience was pleasant and service was efficient and staff very caring. I was In and out, almost no wait time on every visit. Will remain long time patient.
