Horrible experience, receptionist said im in the wrong location and asked me if someone called me to let me know, why would i show up if someone called me? She acted like its my fault, all she had to say is " Im Sorrry" for this type of exam, i would expect them to be more friendly and compassionate. I told her to remove me in their system and i will go somewhere else.
I went for a bone density test a week ago and still have NOT received my written results. When I called I was told they are backed up and can’t give me a ETA on when they will be ready. Moving forward I will either go to another center or go the hospital for my tests. Waiting for over a week with no commitment date as to when they will be ready is unacceptable. Finally was able to get my results after posting on Facebook. Shouldn’t have to be that way. I hope their staff returns soon so they don’t lose future patients.

Professional, caring, kind and apologetic for any discomfort felt during the process which is expected anyway
Went in for my very first mammogram. Marilyn, who was checking me in, was very accommodating and patient when I did not have my physical insurance card with me. I also had a 9:15 appointment and was seen as soon as I checked in. Maria , the technician was so bright and bubbly and made me feel very comfortable. It was my very first mammogram so she explained all the steps before we began and showed me how it would feel on my hand to give me a preview of the pressure.
