Review for Cinco Ranch Location: I scheduled a screening mammogram and called ahead to confirm my appointment, letting them know I already had a referral. I don’t understand why I’m being asked to check my own insurance coverage when I’ve already provided all my insurance information. The clerk gave me CPT codes (77067, 77063, IMP#11644-78186, and something like T#76-0652186) and told me to contact my insurance company myself to confirm coverage. Isn’t that something the office should handle?
