Been trying to get in to get annual exam since June. Solis rescheduled twice because of power failures. I sat on hold over 45 minutes trying to reschedule because got sick over the weekend. Ended up booking another 30 days out because no one would answer the phone. Poor telephone service. ***Update ..I changed the 1 star review because everyone that I encountered at Solis during my appointment was very nice and professional. Finally done until next year…
Great location inside the baylor building. The ladies there were excellent and there was no wait for my appointment.

I am filing this complaint to document my extreme frustration with Solis Mammography's patient service department. For several weeks, I and a doctors office have been requesting a digital copy of my medical images. The request was submitted by both myself and my doctor's office. Mandi checked me in and Natalie was my tech. Because of anxiety, I pushed my appointment back a few times. After my visit, I wish I had scheduled the appointment sooner! It was an absolutely positive experience to get my screening done. They were so nice and made me feel so comfortable. It was a super quick appointment and took no time at all. I highly recommend this location!
