I have used TOPS in the past, but without fail, every time, they would make me come back for an ultrasound for having denseness. It's genetic, I've always had it, and the ultrasounds were always clear, but that was an extra $700 OOP. Great staff and a good experience for the situation.
I received a call 40 minutes before my appointment to let me know the machines were down due to weather. This is inconvenient as I had to take off work and use PTO to come to this appointment, and I was already on my way. The receptionist acted like this was not a big deal, and I could just reschedule for the next day.
Solis mammography was easy, professional, friendly, and thorough. Very timely!!! Got there early to fill out paperwork and was about by 11am. Oh did I mention my appt was at 11am? will definitely go back!!
