It was good when I’ve been there in the past; however, I am trying to cancel an appointment and all it will let me do online is reschedule. So I called the office location number and went through the menu and I can’t speak to a human and it doesn’t have an option to cancel, only reschedule. Frustrating.
The receptionist was so rude to me because my appointment was scheduled wrong. Quote: (I’ll take the wrap for you this time). So unprofessional. Why tell you to schedule online if you can’t schedule it correctly. Patients shouldn’t be in tears waiting to have a procedure done.
Greeted with kindness and smiles! They make everything easy and comfortable!
First, I love that they have office hours early in the morning and late in the evening to accommodate working women. Second, I was given the warmest greeting by the ladies up front (it had been a long day and I wasn't looking forward to the visit). Third, the entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming. And finally, but surely not the least, they are using a new machine that has a curved plate that doesn't smoosh my tata as much like the one last year. Finally something positive about a mammo!
