I've been going to their central location on Independence and 15th for years, until they made up some story that location attached to Medical City Plano is out of my network. This location for some reason is in network. Even though this is the same company. Went first time today. In and out in 10 min. Registered by Cynthia, my tech was Lydia. Very painless experience. I'm not really sure what has happened to this location because they used to be so good! My first 2 appointments were quick and pleasant, hassle free. I had my 3 appointment on 3/23 (in between working a job I might add). I was on time and yet 2 people that were scheduled after me were seen before I was. The wait was so much longer than normal and the staff was not very pleasant at all. Maybe they were new or overworked, not sure.
