The staff is kind and pleasant. I was made to feel valued as a patient and person. I didn’t even have to sit down and wait. I was taken back immediately after paperwork was completed.
The staff was so polite, professional and very comforting
Everyone at Solis was so incredibly kind and patient with me. I told them I was autistic and had anxiety and even brought my emotional support/comfort plushie kitty cat with me as I do to all my medical appointments. My tech asked me the name of my plushie friend which made me feel so happy that she acknowledged my plushie and it just made me feel supported as someone with special needs.
