They are efficient, friendly and they get you in and out in a timely matter.
I was unknowingly charged a $1,000.00 “facility fee” due to this location being affiliated with Medical City. Paid for my appointment at Solis and insurance covered the biopsy. Never received the bill from Medical City and only learned of it when a collector called. I do NOT RECOMMEND this location — it’s cost $1,000.00 to step in the door.
Avoid this location at all costs. My wife had a routine bilateral breast ultrasound on 12/09/2025. We specifically asked to pay cash/self-pay after we found out the self-pay price is 1/4 of the inflated “insurance price.” The front desk and billing department flat-out refused, stating “we are required to bill insurance” and “self-pay is not an option.” They refused even after an Aetna representative called the office and confirmed we have the legal right to self-pay. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is getting your records is really difficult. I can’t move on with my care until I get them. I need to have surgery asap.
