If you are looking for respectful treatment and considerate handling of test results, do not come to this facility. A receptionist and technician disrespected a patient by loudly discussing her diagnosis within earshot of others in the lobby. The patient defended herself, informing them that they were violating her rights. My husband immediately took out his phone and started recording.
