I was in the office today and the person at front desk was so rude, she said they have the system down and they canceled all the appointments , I understand the situation is out of her hands but why the attitude ?

The staff at Solis made what is always an unpleasant experience—because, let’s be honest, mammograms aren’t fun—so incredibly pleasant. Every single person was kind and greeted me with a warm smile. Michelle, who did my mammogram, has such expertise and gentleness that you just know she was born to do this. Ladies… since we have to go, you absolutely should go to SOLIS in Irving. They make an uncomfortable process feel calm, professional, and genuinely caring
