I received an email about my abnormal result first, so I called the office to understand the next steps. The call center representative, who sounded like she had just woken up and yawned throughout the conversation, transferred me to the Las Colinas office. The staff is great; however, I was told I'd have results in 2 days...it's been a week. Took 20 minutes on hold to ever get a live person on the phone and then it was their call center even though I called the office number. Still waiting for a call back and results. Changing locations next time to see if they can be more responsive.

I was told I had an appointment and everything was finalized. I drove 40 minutes to this location to be told that they did not have the correct documents. I was turned away.
