The staff at Solis has always been very friendly and efficient. I’m always in and out quickly.
The inprocessing was quick! I'm so grateful for the entire team's hard work and dedication. I was in and out ahead of my scheduled appointment time. I did not sit and wait. Right after I filled out the paper work I was taken right away to the mammography waiting room. I'm already scheduled for my appointment next year.
So random computer calls me to set appointment with a callback number and no other information. I call the number and get an attitude from the rep for not knowing what I was calling about. THEN , after opting in to take the survey, the call is disconnected with no survey options 🤔 Let's not even mention the first available appointment isn't until June on a January 9th request date? The entire process here was quick and efficient. The lady at the front desk was very professional and kind, and the technician who performed my mammogram was gentle, reassuring, and communicative as I was quite nervous as it was my first time. Between the caring manner in which I was cared for and the efficiency, it turned an appointment that I dreaded into a much better experience than expected.
