I had a very good experience and felt comfortable as soon as I entered the office. From the check in to the exam. The staff made the atmosphere welcoming and calm. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Efficient and friendly
I would never come back here. Although my experience there was great the billing was a nightmare. I paid HCA and solis a total of $$1,185.99 but my insurance explanation of benefits said I should’ve only paid $537.77! I called HCA and they told me to call my insurance. I called my insurance and they said to call HCA bc the amount I paid is incorrect. When I called HCA they told me that they would escalate the issue to a supervisor. After a month of not hearing back, I called again and they said my issue wasn’t noted anywhere... read more
