The lady was friendly and courteous and gentle.
The receptionist and technicions there were nice and friendly. I was in and out in a timely manner. It was a comfortable experience.
Every time I have been there they have went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and all of my needs were met. I have been to two different locations and at both the staff handles you with the utmost care. They are always kind and caring during something that is usually an uncomfortable situation and i never have to make an appointment. Everytime it's time for my annual mammogram i will recieve a message from them telling me it's time and they set everything up, i just have to show up. I will only go to Solis for ... read more
I had service ant this facility and have been trying to get my results and medical records and have not received them to date. It is impossible to get the results from this place. I will keep trying until I get them but it should not be this hard to get results for a test I requested. Very unhappy with how this place operates. You can’t reach anyone at the actual location and the people who answer the phone are no help. I will not be going back to this facility.
