Edit: still waiting for you to reach out and get my bill out of collections like promised. The hospital called and said it was your mistake. They said you put in the wrong insurance number. They billed their portion again and were paid. I am still waiting for you to do the same. The lady at the front desk he took all of my insurance information on the date of service. Great experience! The location is easy to get to just inside of the hospital. The center is beautiful and recently updated and clean. Getting a mammogram is not fun, but they make it easy and quick. Walk in appointments are available so the wait time was not an issue. The entire staff is friendly, caring and goes above and beyond to make me feel like a friend. THANK YOU!

The lady at the front desk he took all of my insurance information on the date of service. She never filed it therefore I was sent to collections without a bill ever being sent to me. Beware that your credit could be screwed for somebody else’s mistake. I did everything right on my part however, the front desk did not. Also, when trying to get the bill figured out, they refuse to give you information. The collections agency called me screaming this morning for someone else’s mistake.
