The worst health plan completely unprofessional environment and disrespectful to the employees no one knows what they are doing and they overwork everybody WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!! A disorganized health plan surrounded by the worst directors and managers
Poor customer service, lack of empathy for the elderly patients. Not body take care the needs of the patient. The customer service put me in hold for more the two hours, I called several times and they he put a recorded. They do not know how to take care their patients. Very unprofessional employees.
