The doctors here are great but reception is sorely lacking. Phone is never answered and I have sent multiple emails that are not responded to. This is highly concerning.
Absolute disgrace. Just read all the other reviews. Never once picked up the phone. Don't reply to emails. Nobody is there. After 3 months of trying to get an appointment, I'm moving on
Wish I could rate this under1 star. Was told I would have a 12pm telehealth phone consultation. Waited all afternoon. Called multiple times, emailed, txt and called the other number I had received a txt reminder from only to have them all ignored. Received an email the following day advising that the Dr did not want to take me on as a patient with no explanation. Absolutely poor professionalism and communication.
