Living at Solis has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. My leasing specialist, Margaret, made us feel welcome, informed, and went above and beyond for us, which was such a pleasant change from other places we looked throughout the area. Living at Solis Gainesville the past year has been a wonderful experience. The units are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the property is well kept. But, the management staff is what’s influenced my experience as a resident the most, specifically Margaret. She is consistent, responsive, and prioritizes the needs of every resident while leading with kindness and compassion. She goes above and beyond to ensure my questions are promptly answered and my experience is valued.
After what was looking like a bad review, Margaret took it upon herself to save the day and kept a new tenant happy. On her day off, she called me and got everything smoothed over, so that my move, in 2 days, goes smoothly. I would also like to shout out Chris, the Maintenance Manager, who called me back even when it wasn’t his job to do so. These two saved the situation and prevented me from going to a different complex. 5-stars for Margaret and Chris!
Living at Solis in Gainesville has been awesome. The main building feels like a hotel. Clean and well taken care of. Being close to town and able to walk everywhere is a plus. I love chatting with Margaret in the leasing office. She is so friendly and always willing to help handle any needs. She goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend living here.
Such a good community atmosphere, nice amenities, and super friendly staff—especially Margaret. She is absolutely amazing, kind and so knowledgeable; she never fails to go above and beyond and puts her all into making every renter’s experience great!
