The place and amenities are 5 stars. Some of the front desk and mangment ppl are horrible, though. Super unfriendly and won't even reply to emails.
Cayla, Shawn and Durden are on it!!! They do a great job of providing for their residents. They have been doing a lot of work on events and it shows!! Great place to live!
Great location and some great employees
Our experience during the 1st year of the Everly (used to be called Solis) was amazing! The staff was super helpful and communicative. However once it has become the Everly, it has went downhill fast. The management can’t keep track of your lease, they add items onto your monthly bill out of the blue, and they aren’t consistent with billing for services such as fan installation. Some people get it installed for free and others have to pay! There’s not a lot of great apartments in Gainesville but this one is not what it used ... read more
