The Everly has been one of my favorite places that we have ever lived! It is in the heart of Gainesville, within walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, downtown events, and the local greenway. Lots of friendly neighbors and social events nearby. When we first moved in, things felt a little disorganized, but the new management and leasing staff are phenomenal and on top of things! If you love this city, then you will love living here!
I moved in about 6 months ago and I truly do love this apartment complex. Firstly, the staff prioritizes creating a welcoming environment, and having personal relationships with everyone who lives here- especially your fur babies. Durden, the leasing agent is so sweet and helpful with any concerns or questions I have. Management also hold events every single month for residents to enjoy, and the effort that goes into those events show. The apartments themselves are stunning and updated. Edit: thank you for your response! I would appreciate a response to the two emails that I have sent in the past few weeks. I have not gotten a response to those. Thank you! Although I truly enjoyed living here at The Everly, the process of moving out and getting my deposit back has been truly fradulent and frustrating. Despite my multiple emails, phone calls, screenshots, and understanding, my deposit still has not been returned to me for over 90 days.
