Edit #2 7/3/25: I have received a judgment in Hall County Magistrate Court against this horrible company. Trust me, you do not want to live here under any circumstance, or at any property associated with Greystar. They are awful people and will try to rip you off. RENTERS BEWARE!!! Edit based on reply: these are hollow and meaningless words when I was told management would contact me within 48 hours and I have heard nothing for a week. I have loved living here, it’s always clean and the staff is amazing and friendly. Special shout out to our leasing agent Durden, she’s always helpful and kind and does a great job with planning the apartment complex activities. We couldn't ask for anyone better!
The management team lacks professionalism, respect, and proper customer service. The person at the front desk shows little empathy and consistently has a negative attitude, as if she is doing me a favor rather than fulfilling her job responsibilities. The maintenance and cleaning teams seem to be the ones in charge, always assisting residents with everything. Recently, there were some changes to the manager and the assistant, but I believe they should consider changing the entire staff. BAD HABITS RUN IN THE MANAGMENT TEAM.
