Just like all the one star reviews I had a bad experience as well. Took months to finally get someone out here to hook it up. I had to follow up with THEM to get them installed and chase down my rebates and 1k rebate from Solis themselves. I contacted the attorney general at the end to finally get this issue resolved. The BBB is a corporation and only sounds like a government agency where the Missouri Attorney General is the actual government. STAY AWAY from this company. I would leave a negative rating of Negative 100 if I could. This company does not do what they say they will do. Even when you have their signed contract. They do not answer the phone. When they do answer, they lie to you. They do not follow through on anything. We have a solar panel installed on the right of way, because they did not do it right. They didnt install our solar panels correctly so they didnt work. Then no way to call or reach them. We had to pay out of pocket to have someone else come hook them up and repair them. We financed 98k loan with them only to never hear from them again. Worst company and service ive ever had. The did nothing right and nothing they said they would. To top it off the rebate from ameren we cant even get due to we cant get letter from solis.
I left one star cause had to pick one but if I could be no stars. All them are useless and lie to u and never get any thing done i had the worst experience ever with them the only thing they know how to do is get the money they have no clue about the actual work.
DO NOT USE this company, I have had my panels for over 6 mo. They have yet to work properly. My utility bill is the same as before I had the solar system installed. Arti will not contact me and let me know what needs done. I called the BBB reported him. I canted the solar co Emphasis, they stated he does not work for them that he’s just an installer and that he won’t contact them either in this matter. Emphasis is going to send a new installer out to check the system out. I will be getting an attorney for Solis
