I have spent many hours over the past week speaking to various people at this organization who in my opinion have no idea what they are doing. I have a Solis Inverter and data Logger stopped working when I updated my modem. After many attempts at trying to connect the data logger to the new modem l discovered that the old datalogger doesn't have a reset button and was compatible and couldn't work with the new modem. Solis cloud app is terrible, doing anything is extreamly hard. you can't even change wifi details :/ support line phone number is switched off.
Very unhelpful staff, taken week and a half to get back to me over cost of a replacement inverter that should actually be replaced under warranty.
Never buy from them EVER, very poor service and will rip you off
