Expect your house to fall apart after 6 months. I bought a house that was Built by Solis Construction Co Inc. and been having issues with ever since. I reached out to solis mentioning that the 1-2 year old floor that was installed is now falling apart. His response was “You bought the house as is”. What kind of contractor that cares about their reputation would gives you that responsé?
