I have lived here six months and had no issues. Maintenance is always very quick to respond to request requests. My neighbors are fairly quiet, But I guess every building is different. The Wi-Fi was spotty when I first moved in, but now it’s fine. Sometimes it just needs a good reset. Live TV streaming comes with the Wi-Fi package. There is a nice trail and pond in the back of the complex.
Graceson deserves all 5 stars and more. She has been so helpful to me and my family since we moved here, We absolutely adore her. She is very professional & is on top of EVERYTHING!!! Definitely recommend talking to her if you have any issues.
Beware management does not care and will not resolve issues. The internet is always down. I definitely recommend reading the reviews and doing research before renting here. This place was the worst experience I’ve had it’s also very noisy place.
Had a great experience moving in. Leasing office was very friendly and helpful. Location is great and any maintenance issues are handled very fast. Landscaping is extremely beautiful it looks like we live in a tropical oasis. My total rent including utilities for a 2 bedroom 2 bath is only 1909 which I think is very fair… Especially for south Tampa.
I'm about to start my 10+ years at Mode. I'm grateful and happy to say I wouldn't change my review from the following one I wrote. ' My Solis home has wonderful office staff, maintenance staff, neighbors and the beautiful grounds that make living here my choice every year.
