On a previous occasion, my physician had highly recommended Ausra as the person to go to if I ever considered trying acupuncture, so when my mother came to visit and I saw how bothered she was by her hand tremors, I contacted Ausra to discuss whether acupuncture would be a good option for her. I have been going to Ausra for several years. She is a gentle spirit with a generous heart and works with high integrity and compassion. She has helped me with numerous issues across the years (e.g. insomnia, back pain, headaches, shoulder injury, reducing swelling in a fractured foot, plantar fascitis, etc.). Ausra is a truly gifted Acupuncturest, her blend of using needles and energy work have been a crucial part of my spiritual, mental and emotional healing. I can honestly say that after receiving treatments from her coupled with doing the at home techniques she taught me, I have become a completly different person emotionally, mentally and spiritually than I was before seeing her. I had never had an acupuncture treatment until two years ago, but I have had such good results that I've returned to Solis Acupuncture for a variety of treatments. A knee that went out badly enough I couldn't walk on it for a moment, an upper arm injury that prevented me from raising my right arm vertically, a problem with one of my ears -- all of them healed with treatment from Solis Acupuncture. This is a great resource.
