I have been Dr. Jeng’s patient for many years and have seen him in East Hartford, West Hartford, and Glastonbury. Dr. Jeng is the best, most knowledgeable ophthalmologist I have found anywhere. His support staff in all of those offices is first rate. Eliza in East Hartford is so helpful with appointments. Justine, a tech in that same office, always makes me smile.
The glasses and care are exceptional but please update your hours to reflect your actual times. They’re actually open 8-4 Monday through Friday.
My Husband gets his treatment at the East Hartford Office. The receptionist with the curly hair checking you in is always a sweetheart and always has a smile. The receptionist checking you out is very kind, professional and always works with your schedule to find you a great appointment. The Drs and staff are super friendly and approachable to answer any of our questions or concerns. They take their time explaining everything and we feel heard and not rushed. We love this office. Dr. Janik, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Cooper are fabulous and caring doctors! I have also seen Dr. Guimond previously. He is also a terrific and kind doctor. I wish other specialties were as caring and concerned as these doctors are.
