I attended a funeral recently and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff. During the mass, three elderly (gentle)men stood at the back of the church and chatted with each other in full voice as if they were at a hockey game. This was during the readings, solo hymn, gospel reading, and into the homily. Totally disrespectful, irreverent, and rude.
