The company has a high standard of service. Wendy and the manager Mr. Sidhu are very professional and everything is sorted easy and quick. Also it worths to note that Sam and Max are handful and supportive.

You were under no legal obligation to proceed with the tenancy, as a contract had not been signed. Highly Unprofessional Letting Agent Everything went smoothly until we had to cancel on the day of picking up the keys due to unforeseen circumstances. We had not signed any contract yet but had paid approximately £400 in a holding deposit so as to stop any further viewings. Having been one of Solihull Lettings' first clients in 2005, I can certainly vouch for Dharminder's professionalism over the past 25 years. I've watched his company grow and every member of staff displays the same high level of efficiency that is now the norm. Wendy and Dhaminder have been the most professional and reliable lettings/property management team we've come across during our time renting. They are fair and communicate clearly at every step.
