Can recommend! I have had some excellent therapies with Rob and found the reflexology quite astonishing in its accuracy and speed in which it alleviated a joint issue. I had reiki following some distress which calmed me alongside some hypnotherapy. I have found by taking an holistic approach, plus self help, has helped alleviate my issues and placed me back in control of my reactions to them.
Rob is amazing in what he does. I’ve had three treatments so far and by far the best holistic treatments I’ve ever had. Rob has a wealth of knowledge and experience and I felt a significant difference afterwards in terms of decreased stress and anxiety. I whole heartedly recommend.
I just want to thank Rob for the extremely useful course of Hypnotherapy sessions I had with him. I now understand how my subconscious mind was exacerbating a particular issue I had been stuck with and had been going round in circles with for at least two years. I now have a set of tools to help my subconscious support me in what I am doing instead of working against me. Invaluable for success in any endeavour! Highly recommended!
