Solihull Care has done an excellent job in providing care for my grandma who has vascular dementia. They are kind, patient and very professional when caring for my grandma and also keeps us informed via their excellent app “Birdie” with a detailed plan of care for each visit. My family are really happy with the standard and continuity of care provided. If you are looking for reliable and excellent care for your loved ones, I would highly recommend Solihull Care. We are very pleased with Solihull Care. Our main request was consistency of carers to visit mom and this has happened since we started with them. It makes such a difference for mom to be familiar with the carers that visit.We are happy with the care provided and would recommend Solihull Care to anyone.
We are pleased with the care and support provided for our mum. Mum is not always the easiest to care for due to her dementia but care team are very kind, patience & reliable. They always make time to have a chat with her. It is good that family members can access their App. We are able to keep in the loop with mum's care visits even when we are not with her. A special thanks to Charmine (deputy manager). Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she always replies to our emails promptly.
Solihull Care has provided care for a family member for the last 6 weeks. I would rate this company 5 stars. Our experience has been excellent. Carers have provided agreed care to a very high level. Great communication between office and carers. The Birdie system used to state care provided, tasks completed on a daily basis is invaluable and very reassuring. I would highly recommend.
