Really bad company .. no costumer service. No money back... scam
They didn't tell me my home insurance was going to be cancelled once I got solar. New insurance is an extra $1000 a year. The equipment breaks down every year and they run me in circles for months before they come and make the repairs. Oh yah I am not a client. It's definitely the last time I will be your client that's for sure. Plus include the people who have asked me to refer them to an installer too. Posted reviews for this companies are clearly fake. They have random numbers call you tell you signed up for some program and want to make you an offer. They don't disclose any information until you make an appointment but won't provide any information over their cold call. 6 star scam company. They'll hang up if you question their motive which is why I'm leaving this review to protect fellow consumers. Be very skeptical! Ask for credentials because they have none! I had panels installed under the Canada Greener Homes Loan program. I signed up with Solify in July 2024, paid the deposit and had the pre audit completed within 2 weeks of that. My installation date was the first week of September but they ghosted me for about 2-3 months till they finally decided to do the installation for me. First, their excuse was that financing was taking a while to come through, then they needed to order brackets, it was always one excuse after the other.
