We signed up for this system (solar panels and back up batteries) and it took them over 4 months to complete the work even after full payment. They insisted to take payment via bank draft which in itself is suspicious. We have experienced 3 power outages where the back up generate has not kicked in and they did not send a tech out to see to the matter. I initially had a very good experience with Solify — my sales representative "Ali" was helpful and took care of everything for me. Unfortunately, I believe he has since left the company, and from that point on, my experience started to decline. During the installation, the technician accidentally flooded my kitchen and had to clean it up. The next day, we discovered that there was no hot water, and later noticed water leakage from the heat pump. They eventually came back to fix it, but missed one of the scheduled appointmen... read more
