Horrible experience! Company uses all off shore representatives who speak very, very poor english. When asked to transfer to a rep in the United States they claim that they are in the United States.

I am dissapointed. Month and a half later after closing still didnt receive the original deed as owner. They just emailed me that they send it regular usps, no tracking...so someone else has my original deed. They told me to go to county to obtain a copy. So now I have to spend more time and money to do what suppose to be already done plus will never have original, only copy. Unacceptable. Dissapointed.
