Worked with over 25 title companies these guys are one of the worst . The person at the front doesn’t even speak English . They miss prepared the deed . Did a title search and they couldn’t even close the deal because they are unfamiliar with how a hard money lender works . They delayed the process significantly. Couldn’t even do a simple deed of trust for a hard money loan . Then charged 1000 dollars for a simple title search because we had to move title companies because they couldn’t get it done . Stay away !!!!!
chase bank chose this title company for us to use and they are awful, constant miscommunication, switched our associate three times, no showed to the first closing, and made constant mistakes. i tried my hardest to be clear and communicate with them and they still were awful. do not use beware. they also made it difficult to find and leave a review for them and they operate under different names depending on the documents you choose to reference.
the fees for appraisal were 350.00 more than quoted because they said there weren't enough comps in the area, but the appraiser found several. Then for closing the assigned Notary sends us a message and says she is allergic to pets and can't enter our home if there are animals present?????? Also we got an email with wire transfer instructions, and when I called the number the person who answered was clearly African and sounded like he was outside. Horrible experience! Company uses all off shore representatives who speak very, very poor english. When asked to transfer to a rep in the United States they claim that they are in the United States.
One of the easier title companies to deal with.
