have been loving working out at solidcore. just hit 17 classes and feeling super strong!!! love all the instructors and their music.
Solidcore is a fantastic workout. The coaches are friendly and will also push you to be a strong version of you. If you’re on the fence, definitely try it!
I love Solidcore! Everyone is so friendly and this location has free validated parking. My favorite coaches are Jeremy and Jordan, I always feel motivated and inspired to push myself.
always a great workout! the instructors are very welcoming and care a lot about proper form. I really enjoy their commentary sometimes in the middle of the workout, motivating us to keep going: “3 more reps: this next ones for you, the one after for all your supporters, and that last one for all the haters”. it’s so funny and ridiculous that it takes your mind off the workout being really hard.
