Solidarity is an amazing place to train. The training is intense and motivating, and the coaches focus on skills that actually work in competition. My 14-year-old daughter has improved so much since training here, and it shows every time she competes. Coach Justin says, “Matches are won with reps and time on the mat,”. The work put in matters. We drive 50 minutes to train at Solidarity, and it’s 100% worth it.
This place is the real deal. If you want to learn how to fight and defend yourself, this is exactly what you're paying for. Justin is constantly studying and teaching the most effective techniques that anyone can apply in real situations. People here train hard, push themselves, and genuinely want to improve. Everyone is respectful and takes care of their training partners, but they also come to work. If you get caught, you tap, learn from it, and keep going. I had an amazing experience at this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. As a woman, seeing other women on the mats was truly inspiring and empowering. The facility itself was spotless, and I appreciated how strictly they enforced their shoe policy, which kept everything clean. The fully stocked restroom and shower were a nice touch and made my visit even more comfortable. The vibes were warm and inviting, making it a great environment for training. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available, and ... read more
This facility goes beyond teaching martial arts, it cultivates character, resilience, and true inner strength. What sets this facility apart is the intentional care taken to nurture an environment where failing is not feared, it’s welcomed as a vital part of growth. The instructors here don’t just teach techniques; they teach perseverance. Kids are encouraged to make mistakes, to stumble, and most importantly, to rise again stronger together. In a world that often pressures perfection, this place is a breath of fresh air. ... read more
This place is awesome! As someone who has never trained before I felt incredibly welcomed into the family on my very first class. I have done both the Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu classes. Both are really great, and an amazing work out! They take the time to clean everything after each class and make sure everyone is safe. If you are looking for a place to grow, learn, and get a good workout; I highly recommend solidarity double five Frisco. Thank you so much, Coach Justin
