I used the ATM as a non-member and paid the small fee. The ATM dispensed $20 bills, and I went inside to break one since the item I was buying cost $40 instead of $60. They told me they couldn’t break one of their own $20 bills from the ATM because I wasn’t a member. Unbelievable. That’s exactly why I’m a Chrysler employee and a member of a different credit union here in Howard County.
I will be closing my account and finding a new bank. I am so fed up with the way they treat customers. The tellers are NOT helpful nor are they friendly. You are a bank. You are not obligated to know personal details of my life or why I’m cashing a personal check. If you don’t want to do your job, find another one. I’ve been banking here for years and I’m done. I’ve had too many issues to deal with because of them, and I won’t be tolerating it any longer.
There is a certain teller here that is a consistent problem. She refused to let my kid deposit money because her father wasn’t with her. She wasn’t withdrawing. My husband ended up closing the account after that. My son also has had several issues here that are unnecessary. He will be closing his account soon.
