This is the last place I would do business with. If they can't do a job they will sit on it for weeks before outsourcing the job.
SOLIDAR STOLE MY FRAMES!!!!! My optician mistakenly sent some order, 8 to be precise to Solidar lab. It took us one week to realize that it was sent to the wrong lab. my optician called and they initially denied ever receiving the order, until we able to proof from the tracking label that it was received. Gina the management was initially very helpful, she found the package counted that they were 8 frames, we sent a return label and they were suppose to over night the frames back to us, took them other four days to sent them... read more
