100% RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. I had stopped into Solid Wood Cabinets Factory Department on Friday and began discussing the cabinets my wife and I would like to install into our kitchen. I was working with Cindy who had originally given a price that my wife and I were happy with. Horrible experience. Cabinets ordered end of June and we are still waiting on pieces. Have been sent panels that were damaged, panels that were the wrong color, and cabinets with cracks in them. In addition, we were sent pieces that were not part of our cabinet style (more on that). Customer service is beyond incompetent. Have been told that missing pieces were delayed because they are stuck in in port because of tariffs with China. Very odd that they sell these kitchen cabinets but cannot fulfill the order. If I could give no stars I would. My family’s experience has been horrendous. After spending $20,000 plus with this company, cabinets arrived two months late, damaged, subpar quality and trim molding, corbels etc did not match the cabinet style. We have waited months for them to rectify the issues. Customer service is subpar and dismissive. They place orders for customers but have no stock.
